Orders & Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days depending on your region.

Once shipped, a tracking link is emailed to you. You can also find tracking details inside the My Orders section when logged in.

Minor changes (address, phone) are possible before fulfillment. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Payments & Billing

We currently process secure payments through Razorpay which supports cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

Common reasons include insufficient funds, 3D Secure authentication failure, or gateway timeout. Try again or contact your bank.

No. All sensitive payment data is handled and tokenized by the payment gateway (Razorpay).

Returns & Refunds

Unused, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to initiate a return authorization.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

You can browse without an account, but creating one lets you track orders, save addresses, and view history.
